1. Order Cancellation
Before Shipment
You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped at no charge:
- Log in to your account β My Orders β Select order β Cancel Order
- Or call/email us within 24 hours of placing the order
- Prepaid orders will be refunded within 5β7 business days to the original payment method
- COD orders: No charge, order simply won't be dispatched
After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may initiate a return after delivery under our Return Policy below.
2. Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong product delivered
- Product does not match the description on our website
- Missing items or accessories
3. How to Initiate a Return

Our team will review your request within 24β48 hours and send you a return authorization with pickup details.

We will arrange a free reverse pickup from your address. Please pack the item securely in its original packaging.

Step 4 β Inspection & Refund
Once we receive and inspect the product (2β3 business days), your refund will be initiated within 5β7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective product).
5. Exchange Policy
If you received a defective or wrong product, you may opt for an exchange instead of a refund:
- Exchange is subject to product availability
- Same process as returns (contact support within 7 days)
- Replacement will be shipped once the original item is received and verified
- Delivery of replacement/exchange: 3β7 business days from verification
6. Warranty Claims
All VYZO products come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects:
- Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or misuse
- To claim warranty, contact us with proof of purchase and product photos
- Valid warranty claims will be repaired or replaced at no cost
- Warranty period begins from the date of purchase
7. Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns are not accepted if:
- The return request is made after 7 days of delivery
- The product has been used and shows signs of wear beyond normal unboxing
- Original packaging, tags, or accessories are missing
- The product was purchased during a final sale or clearance event (if clearly marked)
- The damage was caused by the customer
