We aim to deliver your VYZO products quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.
1. Delivery Coverage
We currently ship across India β all states and union territories including remote locations via our courier partners (Shiprocket, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post).

Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during peak seasons (festivals, sales events).
3. Order Processing
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are typically dispatched the same day
- Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day
- You will receive an email/SMS with tracking details once your order is shipped
- Custom or pre-order items may have longer processing times (communicated at time of purchase)
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched:
- A tracking number will be sent to your registered email and mobile number
- You can track your order on our Track Order page
- You can also track directly on the courier partner's website

6. Packaging
All VYZO products are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit:
- Products are bubble-wrapped and placed in sturdy cartons
- Fragile or high-value items receive additional protective packaging
- Eco-friendly packaging materials are used wherever possible
- Each package includes an invoice and product warranty card
7. Failed / Missed Delivery
If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful:
- The courier will make 3 delivery attempts over 3 consecutive days
- After 3 failed attempts, the package is returned to our warehouse
- We will contact you to reschedule delivery or arrange pickup
- Re-delivery charges of βΉ49 may apply
- If the package is returned, a refund will be issued after deducting shipping costs
8. Damaged in Transit
If your product arrives damaged:
- Do not accept the package if visible damage is severe β note this with the delivery agent
- Take photos or video of the damaged packaging before opening
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos
- We will arrange a replacement or refund with no additional cost
